"api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" Missing

Have you ever encountered a problem where when after installing an application then you receive a message telling you that you can't run the application because you have "api-ms-win-crt-runtime-l1-1-0.dll" missing? well, this problem is as a result of missing the C++ Redistributable for Visual Studio 2015. you can download this by following the link below.

when you enter the Microsoft website click on the download button. make sure you download the right file for your system, 32-bit or 64-bit. see the pictures below.

For more information about the system info. see the picture below.

For 32-bit machine, you should download vc_redist.x86.exe and for a 64-bit machine the other file.

When the file is done downloading just run it, wait for it to finish and you are done. you can now run your application[s] without a problem.
